In these modern times, there’s nothing that a man can do that a woman cannot, even when the subject falls on birth control. Naturally, a woman gets pregnant when the sperm reaches the egg that’s lying pretty in the ovary. In order to prevent the sperm from swimming down to the woman’s baby haven, men should wear something to catch it beforehand, hence the invention of condoms. It is common to see male condoms loitering around the market like the world’s favorite chocolates; but do you know that there are female condoms too?
Yes, female condoms exist for the same purpose. Practically, it’s a sleeve-like birth control device that’s usually made out of polymer. It is made with a big open end and a small open end. Unlike the ones used by men, female condoms are a bit difficult to wear because it requires insertion inside the vagina which can
be crucial especially when it’s not inserted properly.
It is said that female condoms are more advantageous than male condoms. As history would say it, birth control methods are more efficient when it is controlled by women and since this type of condom is very well controlled by women, the chance of successful contraception is high. Aside from that, it also provi des more comfort to men because it has little or no loss in sensitivity. Female condoms provide better protection because of its ability to cover both external and internal genitalia. Lastly, it is much stronger since polymer is more durable than latex. The only drawback here is that, since it covers the entire female genitalia, women will feel lesser sensation and will have difficulty in perceiving the pleasure. But otherwise, it is still makes a good birth control device.
This is a very interesting topic and I really agreed that women should wear condom also, so that both of us are safe..Nice!
